Items required:
Newspaper, wet sponge, dry cloth, 40 x FischerTips (2 key colors of your choice), and just a bit of water.
Step by Step:
Step 1: Start by sticking different color tips together.
Step 2: Create a checker square shape as shown in the picture.
Step 3: Use pressure to flatten it lightly. Create second layer of checker square by repeating Step 1 to Step 3.
Step 4: Tear half of the pre-prepared newspaper.
Step 5: Fold it up to create the filling of the ketupat.
Step 6: Lay the second layer of checker square on top of the first one (newspaper in the middle).
Step 7: Use the wet sponge to moist the edge of the ketupat and seal it.
Step 8: Create the tail of ketupat, first cut the tip into half.
Step 9: Cut out a triangle shape at the bottom of the tail.
Step 10: Join the tails at the bottom of the ketupat and we are done!
